Now Brand 400mg of normal powder so you might think this is similar to ours as we have 490mg of extract. Its at least 10 times less as its only powder and ours is a 10/1 extract. Also the quality is very important which most of these companies dont care much about, just look at all the hidden nasties turn in them. They are here to make their masters the most money (share holders).
13 Times stronger than Holland and Barretts H&B's Slipprey elm is 37mg extract and they market it as 370mg. We have decided to use the whole herb number as people buy looking at the larget number. You are getting mostly fillers and binders with H&b's but they are not here to make the best quality supplements, the Russians want the most profit.
