How do we compare ?
Is your B12 Methylcobalamin or cyanocobalamin ? this is very important to know becuase one contains a cyanide molecule. One is less effective and you dont absorb as much of it.
Cyanocobalamin is converted into methylcobalamin so why not skip that part and take Methylcobalamin instead, makes since right ? and yes you guessed it the above highlighted in green is the Cyanocobalamin version which is the cheap version.
Ours is one of the stronest in the Market at 1,300mg of Methylcobalamin (B12).
